You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms while using our services.
1.4. Social Media Account Access
If social media management services are included, you must provide us with the necessary account credentials. We will maintain strict confidentiality and use this access solely within the scope of our agreement.
2.1. Advance Payment
All services require advance payment. Orders will only be processed once payment is received.
2.2. Fees and Charges
You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
2.3. Late Payment
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
3.1. Brand Book Delivery
We will deliver a brand book (including font styles, color schemes, and other visual assets) within 3 days of order confirmation.
⚠️ Note: Once confirmed, the brand book cannot be revised. Please ensure all details are correct before approval.
3.2. Usage License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our design and branding services for the duration of our engagement.
4.1. Confidential Information
Both parties agree to protect and not disclose any confidential or proprietary information shared during the course of our working relationship.
5.1. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
5.2. Additional Terms
Some services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated to you based on the specific service engaged.
