Refund Policy

At Graphic Elevator, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital marketing services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds on our services.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Web Development & Design
    Refunds are only available if no work has commenced. Once the project has started or initial concepts have been approved, refunds will not be issued.

  • Social Media Management
    Refunds are available within the first 7 days of service initiation. After this period, no refunds will be granted.

  • Graphic Design
    Refunds are possible if no work has been completed or delivered. Once designs are finalized or revisions have begun, refunds are not applicable.

  • Branding & Strategy
    Refunds are not available once work has started. We will, however, collaborate closely with you to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.

  • Lead Generation
    No refunds will be issued once campaigns have been launched, as ongoing optimization is part of the service.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the service start date.

  • Email your request to graphicelevator@gmail.com with a brief explanation of your concerns.

  • We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Only applicable for services not yet performed or for work not delivered as per the agreed scope.

  • Refunds will be prorated based on the work completed. If partial services have been rendered, a partial refund will be calculated accordingly.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Please note: Transaction fees may be deducted, where applicable.

5. Exceptions

  • Custom Services: No refunds will be given for bespoke services (e.g., custom branding, strategy, or designs) once work has begun.

  • Force Majeure: In cases of uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures), refunds may not be feasible.

6. Amendments

Graphic Elevator reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
